Ainomiq B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce registration 42032616) provides Ainomiq SEO at seo.ainomiq.com. These terms concern that product. They do not describe the services or purchases of other Ainomiq products. Contact info@ainomiq.com for questions about your account, a report or a purchase.
Early-access availability and paid checkout availability are shown in the product. Creating a workspace does not itself create a paid subscription. Where a purchase is offered, the product, price, currency, billing period and included limits shown before payment form part of that order. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
What the product does
Ainomiq SEO inspects supported public website pages and presents technical findings with evidence and practical next steps. It supports websites beyond e-commerce, including business websites and content sites. It does not automatically change your website.
The crawler reads HTML and follows permitted, in-scope links within the applicable limits. It does not perform a complete JavaScript browser rendering. Robots restrictions, inaccessible pages, redirects, crawl limits and incomplete provider responses can reduce coverage. A partial report is not a complete assessment of every page.
Search-position checks use external search-result data for the keyword, location, language, device and supported result range selected. Results can differ by place, time and personalised search settings. A result outside the measured range does not establish that a website is absent from all search results.
Findings help you decide what to investigate or change. They are not a certification or a promise of a particular Google position, indexation outcome, traffic level or revenue. This does not remove our responsibility to deliver the service that was agreed.
Your account and websites
Use accurate account information and protect access to your account. You must have the right to submit the websites and information you ask us to process. Do not submit passwords, private access tokens or information that the requested analysis does not need.
Do not use the service for unlawful access, overload, circumvention of security controls or infringement of another person's rights. Reports may be limited where the service cannot safely reach or inspect a target. Contact us if you believe a report includes information that should not have been supplied.
You keep the rights you have in your submitted material. Providing it authorises the processing necessary to provide your requested service; it does not transfer ownership of your website to Ainomiq. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licences.
Your three-day trial
An eligible account with a verified email address can explicitly start one free trial lasting 72 hours. The product shows its start and expiry. Creating an account, reading the introduction or signing in again does not start or extend the trial. Accounts with subscription history are not eligible for a new trial; existing paid access is unchanged.
The trial includes one website, five keyword combinations, one audit of up to 100 pages, five AI requests and five ranking checks in total. A different device, language or location counts as a separate keyword combination. The AI allowance is shared by questions and generated improvement proposals. These are total trial limits, not daily or monthly allowances.
No payment card is needed and the trial does not renew or charge automatically. At expiry, saved work remains available, while starting further work that needs paid access requires a suitable purchase. A paid subscription begins only when you explicitly select and complete its checkout. The trial is time to evaluate the product, not a promise of measurable SEO growth within three days.
Plans and one-time audits
Subscriptions have the website, page, audit and keyword allowances shown for the selected plan. Where stated, usage allowances reset by UTC calendar month, including on an annually billed plan. An annual payment does not make the full year's monthly allowances available immediately.
A one-time audit is a separate purchase for a selected website, with the initial scan and one recheck of that same website within the stated 30-day allowance. The page limit and purchase details are shown before payment. It is not a recurring subscription.
Only the features and allowances stated for the purchased plan are included. An unavailable integration or a feature described as planned is not represented as already delivered.
Prices and billing
The selected market determines the displayed currency. Changing the market later does not change the currency or price of an existing order. The amount and applicable taxes due must be shown before you confirm payment.
Monthly plans are charged for the monthly billing period. Annual plans are paid upfront for the annual billing period. A displayed monthly equivalent for annual billing is a comparison, not a monthly instalment. The annual saving of 20% compares the annual price with twelve monthly payments for the same plan in the same currency.
Subscriptions renew according to the interval and renewal information confirmed for the purchase, subject to applicable cancellation rights. Stripe processes the payment and billing records. Access depends on verified payment and the purchased allowance; a payment dispute or full refund can affect access to the related service. A partial refund does not by itself remove any remaining rights that the law or agreement gives you.
Cancellation, complaints and refunds
Use the billing portal made available in your account to manage an available subscription or stop future renewal. Check the effective date in the confirmation. Contact info@ainomiq.com if you cannot access the portal, the date appears wrong, or you need to exercise a right that the portal does not handle.
Ordinary cancellation of renewal is different from withdrawing from a purchase, requesting a refund for a service problem or asking for account deletion. A portal's period-end date does not override a right to an earlier end under applicable law.
Tell us about a missing, incorrect or unusable service with the relevant account or order reference. Applicable rights to remedies, price reduction, cancellation or reimbursement remain available. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refunds rule or waive a consumer's statutory cooling-off rights.
Availability and changes
Audits and ranking checks may be queued, delayed or limited by a website, the service or an external provider. The product shows the status and available evidence. Contact us about a persistent failure; a failed or incomplete task should not be treated as proof that the inspected website has no issues.
The service may need maintenance or changes. The description of technical limitations does not excuse a failure to provide the purchased service or override mandatory remedies. Any material change affecting an existing paid agreement must follow that agreement and applicable law.
Reports, privacy and account closure
The Privacy page explains the information used by this product. Available report exports let you keep a copy of the corresponding audit. Contact info@ainomiq.com for an account-closure or personal-data request, including where normal account or report access is unavailable.
Before closing an account, consider the reports you want to keep and any active subscription. Account closure, stopping renewal and handling legally required financial records need to be addressed separately. A request to delete personal data does not automatically waive any right to a refund or other remedy.
Responsibility and applicable rights
Use the report evidence when deciding whether a recommendation applies to your website. We do not guarantee business outcomes, but we remain responsible for our obligations under the agreement and applicable law. Nothing on this page excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions or complaints can be sent to info@ainomiq.com. Keep a copy of your purchase confirmation and the terms that applied to it. This page does not change an existing order's price or remove rights merely because a newer version is published.
